Against trading standards

Refused to return my curtains, after waiting 4 days and still not being given a price. I was told I'd be contacted with a price on the Thursday I took them in. Be ready by Mon/Tues if I agreed price. Went in on Monday to collect them so I could take them elsewhere. Was told they were with the tailor at a different shop. Tailor then rang me and was arguing and refusing to return them. Reported to Trading standards. I have no clue where my £100 curtains are. Furious
